I’ve been taking these phytoceramides regularly after reading a research article on benefits they can provide to the skin
The science has convinced me to use this product regularly and i do believe it has helped my skin after only about 2 weeks of regular use although the manufacturer says to give it 4 weeks before you’ll notice improvement
