It has 4 different light color options (warm, cool, etc) plus very precise dimming. Love the different temp settings as well. The fact that you can change color temperatures is huge for ergonomics and comfort of use.
Light controls (on/off, warmth and dimming) are touch-sensor based and located on top of the lamp head. I usually have it dimmed. Adjustable, dimmable, several light settings.
Fabulous lighting. Honestly, the best desk lamp. Very impressive. This lamp is awesome. It's honestly awesome.
Cons
The ergonomics are bad. The hinges holding the metal rod on the inside lose function and the rod itself starts to bend. No mechanical button means touch sensors govern controls.

We had purchased a cheaper version of this light about half the price but it was not close to as bright

It may not be the fault of the product but when my friend touched the button to turn it on something shorted out and now it has only one brightness and no on or off button

It broke suddenly when i touched it to turn it off due to static electricity from me

This light is definitely vulnerable to static electricity so be careful

But i dont want to give it a negative review because it did provide me nice light for 2 and half years and its fairly inexpensive
