You will need to wait until it is properly heated to use the steam boost as it really doesnt work without it

I was a little sceptical when i placed the order but i have to say the feature negating the need for selecting the correct temperature works extremely well

Its not silent its very best feature is you cant burn anything

No issues with this iron seems only thing is that each time you put the iron down you have to put it back in the dock as you cant stand the iron up on its back end

Having said that i had purchased a tefal generator earlier in the year it was faulty so had it replaced with another same faults with the replacement

This item cam in original box only with a plastic bag cover as a result there was a large hole in box
