Unlike those other things which look like the product of an explosion in a glassblowing factory so their bottom end is normally too wide and the other bit sticks out and looks weird and ugly

The bulb itself is far more heavy duty than a standard bulb and less likely to be easily broken

Therefore unless you have a fitting where the length of the bulb would be an issue these led bulbs should work perfectly

I didnt initially think that a 25w equivalent 3w led bulb would have a sufficient light output to be useful for anything however i am currently trialling these in a 2 bulb desk light which previously had 2 x 40w bulbs

Much as i try there isnt really anything to complain about with a bulb that only uses 3w of electricity per hour and is designed to last 15000 hours only time will tell for the latter

The interior lights were stuck on all the time and a repair was costly
