Pros
The 2700k temperature is great - matches the color of standard incandescent bulbs. They work especially well in a fixture that hugs the ceiling like inside a closet. So far they work perfectly with my regular dimmer switch.

I ran in to an issue with flickering but i think it may be corrected

I think it might have either been too hot with the incandescent bulb in the enclosed space or something about the 60w regular bulb in the same fixture as the led bulb

Im not using a dimmer in this application just fyi im still not clear if these bulbs dont do well in enclosed fixtures with no air flow i have to read the box again and monitor the installation and see what happens

If i hold my ear right up to the bulb i can hear a faint sound but from even a couple feet away they are inaudible

There are much cheaper options out there so i would only buy these if i needed light bulbs in tight spaces

But maybe this is not a big deal since that extra wattage will cost me less than 2 per year even if i left the light on 247
