The bt120 are the first wireless earbuds i have ever had. They have active noise cancellation, which dramatically improves your ability to hear. They sound better than a good wired earbud/headphone.

Noise cancelling feature is awesome. The one caveat is that you need to switch on the noise-canceling feature in order to enjoy the bass to its fullest. It sounds muted, but i can still hear from it.

These are an over-all awesome product and those two points aren't really a deal breaker by any means. The price is so affordable and with the coupon it makes it even better. Also, amazon has a great price. These are keepers for me.

The anc drains the battery faster than i expected. It is clearer than the one on my phone and has greatly increased the quality of my phone calls. With or without anc this happens.

The noise cancellation does nothing. You absolutely cannot have a conversation with this headset.

The phiaton cricket cricket is not compatible with this model. After 30 days, the company has not sent a replacement. No where near the claimed 10.

The biggest issue is that there is clearly a defect with these headphones. Also the controls are tough to manage as they are not very well embossed.
