No fishy aftertaste.
No fishy smell, no fishy burps, and is easy to *. They are very digestible and don’t cause fish burps or a bad taste. No * taste or upset stomach.
Since my (retired) military healthcare system is not up to speed regarding vascepa and its benefits, this problem seems to have cleared up for me. The coupon for vascepa is more expensive than my insurance copay ($150).
Cons

I eventually stopped taking each one because of the cost and lack of clear benefits
My only complaint is the continual price increases
