Pros
Only downside is the timer. It is very easy to use, the timing is good.
Cons
Both of our feeders are irreversibly damaged now. This product is very cheaply made. The freezer packs are almost useless and there is no insulation.
Gel pack from the second dispense starting leaking a week after use. The timer is not accurate.
