Pros

Both are ceramic where the light screws in with reflective metal for the main body of the fixture. Lights are on a timer and are on for about 14 hours per day.

The 150-watt infrared light keeps the warm side of our snake's enclosure at 80-degrees. Using a ceramic bowls in one side and basking light in the other. Keeps it at a steady 81° and these cold montana days.

Cons

Not sure if that's due to whatever dented the fixture. Shoddy wiring and shoddy product. I don't feel this is a safe product due to the flickering.

Would have given a 5 but it came bent out of shape like it had been dropped prior to packaging

Can sit on top of cage the light frame keeps the bulbs raised off of the screen
