Bought this as it was the only one with the required dimensions for the plane cabin i like the quality and everything but the only reason i give it 4 stars is because its not very safe to grab by the handles i say this not because of the handles but the zip on the back part of the carrier which given the weight it starts to open by itself and eventually the animal falls on the floor obviously not very safe i had to cradle the whole carrier during the trip and stressed when i had to give the pet to the security at the airport as they were grabbing by the handle and when i received the carrier the zip underneath was one third open
