Filling and cleaning is easy and the problem cat has stopped stalking my faucets. It's small enough for my counter and easy to assemble and disassemble for cleaning. The pump is cordless, which makes cleaning so much easier.
It's the same price as the solo sweet 3, has soooo many more app features. It can run on an internal rechargeable battery for up to 30 days. The app is a nice to have but not something i think i will be using often.
Cons
what a piece of junk this is now. The app is useless for other than having a cleaning schedule which i can do with an alarm on my phone. Company states a year warranty, but won’t honor it.
The only solution that i've come up with to alleviate this issue is to replace the filter each time i need to add water. The fountain also overflows on the top part constantly and leaks all over the floor. The details of this fountain specifically say... Read More

Good new unit seems to hold a little less water which means filling more regularly

The assembly is easy however the app does not sync with the product

It has a smart mode and a normal mode and i honestly dont know the difference because the app doesnt let me change it one way or the other
