The app reports how much and when my cat has eaten. It measures how much food to provide using a scale under the food tray. Although not perfectly accurate it is precise enough. My cat loves this feeder.

Cons

The feeder flicks back and forth every few seconds between online and offline. The quantity (number) of kibble pieces dispensed is not consistent. It records that the amount i set had been dispensed which is incorrect.
