Pros
The only issue i experienced is that if your wifi goes out it seems to cancel any feedings that were scheduled to take place during that time. It was easily resolved by just manually entering my network. The app is what sets this one apart.
Well engineered and quality. Easy to set up, easy to use. I'm a little leery but will see how it does. I can see how some had difficulty with setup.
After a month of owning this auto feeder, i have to admit, it’s sooooo great! Also, the design is so modern and sleek. It has a cute appearance and holds a ton of food.
It reliably puts out the food and the cats have gotten used to it. It makes it easy to tweak the schedule on usage info. Also has battery backup just in case the power goes out.
Cons
Wifi connectivity is dodgy. Can't get it to reconnect no matter how many times we try. Device rarely stays connected to wifi, and maybe 1/3 of the scheduled feedongs actually dispense.
Used the manual option to add the feeder as a new item, doesn't work. I am extremely disappointed with these and i am hoping that petkit will fix this glitch asap.
It just seems so odd.

Works great, my cat hears it and runs up excited to watch the food come out😂 as for the people saying that it won’t work without wi-fi this is only partially correct.

From the beginning, the feeder was having trouble staying connected to wifi and was making a loud clicking sound when it was connecting and disconnecting.

It seemed minor but then it started double feeding at meal time and then it completely stopped staying connected to my app entirely.

The app can be cumbersome and non-intuitive at first.

I too it apart and wiped it down to make sure nothing was stuck.
