Pros
It is so soft and cuddly. No crinkly sounds, soft, and my dog likes laying on it. It's soft and comfy for humans, which is a nice bonus.
Having a nice waterproof blanket is great for couch cuddles sans-diaper. It washes easily, but takes a very long time to dry as it really holds the moisture. It's waterproof, urine proof.

Cons
Taupe is a brown/gray color but the fleece side on this blanket was definitely a medium gray. Not sure why the difference within one month of ordering the first one. Most are bigger and either navy or gray.
It now repels no liquid. The urine still goes through and stinks up the whole bedding down to the mattress protector.

It appears to have some sort of an inner lining which i believe is what makes this potty proof

We washed in cold and tumble dried low and you can definitely tell it has an inner plastic lining because it took forever for it to spin all the water out in the washer which speaks to its ability to repel water and for it to dry
