The only huge down side is the shoulders strap which is way too narrow and has absolutely no passing whatsoever

We have a flemish giant bunny so it was the wrong size from the start

My issue is not with the product but with the thirdparty seller who sent an item without its original packaging and it was dirty inside

Obviously it had been used and returned but i paid for a brand new carrier
