Pros

Love the ratios or whey/casein. There's not too many calories or carbs, that's a plus.

My favorite way to have it currently is mixed with plain nonfat greek yogurt and fruit on top. Blends well in the shaker even without the mixer ball. I generally mix it in a shaker bottle with ice, and it blends well without clumping.

Cons

The snickerdoodle is disgusting and tastes nothing like a cookie.

This is the best protein powder i have ever consumed like wow so exact

I didn’t get that taste with this at all and was even able to make my shake with just water 😳

Great in my oats cream of rice and with a good amount of water or milk but double scoops with not much liquid was really bad haha

A bit pricey but you get a lot for the money

Competitiveness

My favorite brand compared to any others i have tried so far

I got the chocolate cupcake flavor and it definitely tastes 100x better than my previous protein powder and i’m fact most powders i’ve used

I would recommend mixing a scoop with more than 8 oz recommended by the brand though because it was not mixing well enough for me
