The keyboard keys do feel a bit hollow on the cheaper end, the mouse is actually a silent mouse the clicking doesn't make much noise.

I personally like the wired version, because this eliminates unnecessary bluetooth radiation which is actually quite unhealthy for your hands to be exposed to (as is the case with all so-called bluetooth or usb dongle keyboards).
