Pain, soreness, are all new things to me and i was ready to succumb to a life of fatness but my coworker introduced these to me to drink before, during, or after a grueling workout at orange theory and holy meatballs does it work! if i drink within 15 minutes after a workout, i don't even feel sore but sometimes, you know, you forget and i will drink it hours later and i can really feel it working by the time i'm done drinking my 'water'
