The directions say to hold the power button to adjust the sound but i cant figure out what sound its referring to

Ive tried adjusting it numerous times and theres no sound other then the power dispensing the soap and that doesnt appear to change no matter how much i push the button

Theres plenty of sensors that dont blink constantly and it would be better if the sensor didnt blink at all or maybe only when its activated

The top of the dispenser however is of cheap chrome plastic which i dont care for but can live with
