You can see the mattress take shape quickly but it takes a few hours before it is fully inflated

A little softer than the traditional mattress i had with a little more givefast forward about 2 years and my wife and i start talking about how the mattress seems to have more give now and it was almost like the edges of the mattress were making you feel like you were sleeping on a slope

Unfortunately the new mattress never decompressed fully and it was even more sloped and wavy down the length of the bed

I contacted customer service again anxious that i am not having more issues but they had me send a picture again and immediately sent out yet another one
