I rarely, if ever, write reviews, it really takes alot to inspire me to leave a review for a purchase. Northbay products is an outstanding company and sell absolutely high quality products and definitely go above and beyond in their customer service.

Iis defective - theres a big lump running right down the middle that is felt sticking into your back even after iis “inflated”. The cover over the gel foam is so big that it wrinkles up and slides.
