After about a month of use somehow i accidentally unscrewed the end of the transmitter that plugs into my cars outlet four or five pieces came out of the transmitter

Im not sure if a piece of the transmitter is still stuck in the outlet the outlet that now does not work with the transmitter

Then yesterday the transmitter would not communicate with my car stereo any longer and the digital screen seemed to be dim
