I am a very groggy morning person due to taking allergy pills mixing this with water in my canteen and sipping not gulping all morning was enough for a natural boost not jittery

Although this wont be my primary source of caffeine in the morning it is nice to have on hand when you are stuck somewhere without coffee or tea
