Pros
It's totally flat so makes straining very easy. Cleans well. It is easily cleaned and lightweight.
The lid design is particularly good, with an overhanging lip that gives full cover all the way round. There is a chunky stay-cool plastic knob for the handle. The lid is also light stainless steel which makes a nice change from a glass lid.
One side of the pan has a slight lip in it which is great for pouring sauces or water out and less messy. Decent enough basic saucepan with two pouring spouts. Measurements inside are very useful as well.
It's not cuisinart by any stretch of the imagination but absolutely fine as a pan in itself. The pan itself is lovely, it's nice and shiny, very durable and has a comfy feeling handle.
Pan works well on induction, gas, electric, ceramic and halogen hobs. Works flawlessly on my new induction hob. Only criticism is that the bottom of the pan mottled immediately.
Cons
There is pitting and corrosion on the inside bottom of the pan covering about 4cm. The pan wobbles even on other types of cooker hob.

You do get this with stainless steel pans but i dont remember it happening quite so quickly before

Does the job but when put in a dishwaher with the pan upside down as it should be the reverse of the handle is scooped out leaving water to stay in the handle so a small design flaw in my opinion which means cleaning then required with a cloth to dry handle

I really didnt understand the benefit of the weird pouring parts of this saucepan when i first looked at it
