I saw pelicanair and did the same thing you were doing looking at all the reviews and here is what they told me cases were very light they are they are just as strong as the originals they are the wheels are very sturdy and do not break they dontmy only concerns with this particular model is that there is not a grab handle on the top of the case which tends to be annoying when you grab it to put in the overhead bids very minor
