They attach with adhesive so cannot be moved from shoe to shoe like an orthotic

I have custom orthotics that i wear in my trainers but they are way too big to fit in any of my dress shoes

I had to cut the edge at the heel part to adjust the size but that was not a big deal

I also bought the powerstep slender foot orthotic but that was really just arch support and no forward foot support so those i returned

Unfortunately i think you have to try out several different kinds til you get the right one for your particular foot issues
