Pros
Blue/silver combo makes it easy to see which way they go on the grinder. Cut 3/4 inch tile like butter. My only complaint is the blue color transferred to tiles when using the side to bullnose cut tile edges.
I am not a professional tile mechanic or contractor, but this disc has been invaluable in my renovation of a bathroom. For the money you can't beat them.

This blade cuts much faster than the smoother diamond blade pictured here however as you can see the cut edges wont be as smooth as the blade that takes longer to cut

I dont think itll make much difference for the floor since the grout will hide most of the edges

Certainly not enough to justify purchasing or renting a tile saw so that is why i purchased this blade for my grinder

Montolit doesn’t cut as clean as this and are grabby on thicker materials

Rigid are decent my favorite were the cyclone blades but they are fragile
