I did notice that my ps4 controller has a hard time driving these cans so if you like really loud audio these might not be the headphones for you

You can just unplug the mic cord but would prefer a switch

Lets just say if you remove the headset from your head at full volume the entire floor youre on will know what song youre listening to and the lyrics will be easily discerned

Microphone has great built in sound gate tech but console players be warned this headset does not like to play quiet sounds when youre using the microphone

It will literally cancel out sounds too quiet and only play them when someone on the mic is talking

Now some things that should be said about this headsetthe headband the piece in black leathercushioning will fall off if you are rough on them

They are only held together by adhesive not stitching and it does eventually come off
