Pros
It picks up loads of water and disperses it well. He raves about how much paint it holds. They have great snapback when we but when they are damp.
The metal ferrule appears secure and holds the bristles in place. The bristles are soft and lays softly allowing for various techniques and line widths. Arrived on time packaged well, including a plastic protector over the bristle.
The paul rubens size 6 brush holds water well and lays wide to a sharp thin line. The size #4 is generous and has strong absorbency with water and paint pigment. This is a good size watercolor mop brush perfect for large washes.
Cons
I'm not sure why i had high hopes for these but they are a disappointment. This brush loses bristles every single time i put it to paper, rinse it, switch colors, you name it. These are too pricey for just okay.
