    Also to make a portion of dacquoise then a portion of sponge then a portion of mousse then to temper chocolate is quite a lengthy process in itself let alone trying to adapt the recipes to what tins you can buy or what you may have at home

    When i saw this book i wondered if there was any way an amateur cook like me could recreate the patisserie delights which i had previously sampled in both the belgravia and richmond shops
