Pros
This pack has everything you need (and then some) to decorate for a party. Must decorate immediately before the event for sticky dots to hold. Quality balloons, mylars and extras like curling ribbon.
Cons
There was a big hole in the number 1 balloon and in one of the heart balloons. The confetti balloons have all the confetti sink to the bottom. It really is frustrating since you don't really know the quality until you're setting up for the party.
