Self compassion and self-parenting are now my top priorities. This book is not about blaming your parents for something, it’s about identifying the rules we’ve internalized from childhood.
The book is very well written and truly inspirational to those who has decided to set out on the path of healing oneself. An easy read, yet he thoroughly spells out how to hold and manage ourselves on the inner level. Simply written but insightful.
