This coloring book has many different scenes to color. Meaning, coloring them can be a challenge. I tend to color groups of similar shapes in one color to start with and then add darker shading or pattern/ texture to some of the tiny blocks.

Filling in neat patterns always organizes my mind, and the anger and stress melts away leaving a calmer me. It's almost meditative. A large number of my students have ocd and social anxiety disorders.

Cons

Wearing reading glasses and squinting is not stress relief. The lines are too small to color unless you want to sharpen your pencils every couple seconds. Don't think ill be coloring it.

The pages are made out of hreat quality thick cardstock type paper and the illustrations are elegant

While they have a handdrawn quality the images are more the style of fine illustrations rather than someones doodles

Very pretty book and staedtler colored pencils are the best

The staedtler brand is top notch and are a nice soft yet you can sharpen to a crisp point like you need with intricate books like this one
