As i flipped them over they just popped out and cooked the other side

So in conclusion if your batter isnt spreading at all i recommend adding about 18 cup more liquid in some form but too much will ruin their ability to stay in the mold

Do not fill entire slot with pancake mix or you will create a huge pancake with all the other ones connected
