Pros

Quick reheat and defrost work really nicely as well. The popcorn timer is great. Even after one of the teenagers stinks up the interior with popcorn a little soap and water and some "airing-out" time and all is well again.

Imo i think the microwave runs quieter than my last one. I really hope it lasts another 5 at least, but lately i've noticed the noise when running has gotten louder.

It's got a nice look to it on my kitchen shelf next to the tv. Kenmore makes a great one also. The panasonic nn-sn651b genius 1.

Cons

Unsurprisingly, panasonic has only a one year warranty on this garbage. It was manufactured 4 months ago. Lasted a little over 10 months and started to throw the dedicated cb.
