It solves various code-compliance issues elegantly. The renovations are finally complete and i'm so glad i ordered these. Definitely worth every penny spent.

It keeps the mirror from fogging up all by its lonesome. We have a relatively small bathroom - about 4ft x 6ft. There are still times when the mirror fogs up while i am showering.
Works for any bathroom and will look like a simple white recessed light. Great light/fan combo. I am glad my vanity lighting is nice and bright.
The included light is a cfl, which is ok. There is an led version but it was $40 more and the bulb is the only difference that i can tell. I figured that i could always upgrade to an led bulb if i needed to.
Cons
This unit still won't keep the mirror from fogging up. Very disappointed panasonic.

The only negative thing i can say about this is that it uses a gu24 type bulb
I switched out the cfl with a dimmable led bulb and have had no issues so far
