I have been using this product for many years. It is a pantry staple at my house. I wouldn't be without it.I use it to bake chocolate chip cookies. (Follow the directions on the bag, but use twice as many chocolate chips.) My chocolate chip cookies are always an enormous hit. You can't tell that they're GF, only that they're delicious.I use it to bake pancakes. Plain. Apple. Blueberry. Chocolate chip. Apple banana walnut. You name it. (Use soy milk instead of water for some extra protein.)I use it to bake banana bread. (use 3 ripe bananas and honey as sweetener ) And orange bread. (use 1 small jar of Polaner All Fruit Orange Marmalade, sweetener optional)I use it to bake muffins. Blueberry. Banana. Chocolate chip.Note that it contains baking powder and baking soda and such, so bear that in mind when adjusting for use in recipes.What won't work:- I tried baking an apple cake. That didn't turn out too well. The flavor of the baking mix was just too strong. But in all fairness, in all of the other recipes (above), fruit or chocolate chips or whatnot are mixed right into the batter. In my apple cake recipe, the apples are laid on top.- Dumplings. They fall apart when boiled. Use Glutino's All-Purpose flour instead.  Read Less
