Took them on a cruise. Works well for dizzyness or for use on airplane. A few other things that help me fight nausea are mint, ginger, and fresh air.
Cons
The materials in these bands are itchy. Wouldn't recommend for hyperemesis. I am a small * adult female and the only one who could wear these would be my 18-month granddaughter.
