Pros & Cons
Pros
This is perfect! Honestly great bit of kit. Seems perhaps a little expensive, but of course that is subjective, but definitely does help. Very handy and effective.
When frozen it is still soft and flexible which meant it didn't hurt to put it on my injury like the hard picnic ice packs i have been using. I keep it in the freezer drawer so it’s ready to use when i need it.
Cons
The thermal capacity of the pack is so small that the heat dissipates in <10min. Doesnt work. It defeats the purpose of buying it.
