Great for muscular pain great price for four massage balls i like having the different firmness options and having enough to keep in different places
I needed this long time ago i have had a chronic shoulder knot that would not go away for months and now everytime i feel this bothering me i lay on it for an hour and use slight movement to dig into the knot right before going to sleep and as i am more relaxed while sleeping i am pain free by morning but saying that this is not a treatment as the pain and knot tend to return due to my lifestyle and work but at least im not in constant pain
