I like that each ball is different so you can choose which ball to use depending on the place you want to massage and how deep you want to go

Ive been using the large spiky ball on my plantars and the lacrosse ball to target neck and shoulder issues

These came in on time and i have found it useful the spikes arent hard but they of course arent soft the lacrosse ball is awesome for rolling on forearms i pretty much lay on whatever part of my body is hurting on a combination of these the larger one so far works good under the shoulder blade all the way to the back of my calf the smaller of the two works good for more sensitive areas since it is smaller

I would recommend someone purchase these as they seem to work great
