Pros & Cons
Pros
These have the traditional handles that are easy to grip. They also come with a removal tool. They work great, no special tools needed and they can be removed and reused.
The 1/4 turn split valves are great for if i ever need to service the faucet, dishwasher, or refrigerator lines individually. Simply remove the old fixtures and push these on. Free flowing water.

Note that if your supply hoses that run to your faucet have no slack in them you may need to buy longer ones and replace those as well as youre going to lose about an inch in pipe length even if you cut it right at the base of the valve
