I find this particular monitor to be of high quality materials, and works flawlessly. In less than 24 hours i was contacted by ozeri and notified that a new unit was being sent to me replacing my older one.

The ozeri cardio tech bp3t b/p monitor is top shelf. It is easy to use and actually has a better feeling than my welch and allyn. The features on this device are useful and straightforward to use.

The cuff is large enough to fit both small and larger arms. You have the option of switching between users. The reading is accurate but you need to make sure the cuff is wrapped at correct position and tightness.

Cons

Problem seems to be in how the cuff fits around the arm, there is a metal bar that you thread the cuff through. Very, very inaccurate readings.

Product got here early and was exactly what i ordered and works

I sent my old unit back to them with a prepaid shipping label

I then told them that i now live in paris and asked if they would ship it to france

I sent an email to customer service and they promptly responded and said they would ship me a new one for only 5

Mine came with only batteries and not any electrical plug it but plainly says “not included” on box

It is easy to use and actually has a better feeling than my welch and allyn

2022 situation i questioned if the ozeri bp3t is accurate and purchased an other brand unit from amazon

Their customer service was great and far beyond what other companies would do much less respond regarding a bad product

But i lost it and bought the different brand monitor because ozeri monitor was out of stock
