To strongest way to connect the rods together is to keep the cap over the screw end loose and then push it into the other pole then twist it so that the screw end tightens into its cap thus causing it to expand and tighten in the other pole

Its quite hard to manoeuvre the head and apply pressure to the window surface

There are no instructions with this product so be prepared to have to have a little fiddle about to work it out at first

This product was quite effective at cleaning the downstairs windows but i found using the non fluffy bit rather difficult on the upstairs windows so consequensly i was left with some streaks overall a cheap and quite sterdy product ideal for getting the worst of the dirt off the windows
