My main complaint is that they (i bought two) smelled very fishy and musty. Also, as other people have stated, the waist is miniscule. It goes from your waist to just below your knees and leaves the rest of the dress hanging limp.

Looked so great with the costumes for a musical of little women i directed

So if you are looking for a cheap hoop skirt that is actually of decent quality i definitely suggest this one

Price

You do have to tilt it sideways when going through doorways but it was exactly what we were looking for and the price couldnt be beat

Packaging/appearance

My only issue is that it smelled pretty bad taking it out of the package
