I have confirmed this dirve will operate at usb3 rates 200500mbs if you plug it into a dedicated usb3 port and use a quality msata ssd

Many seemed cheap or crappy and i could find very little info about whether they would actually work at usb3 rates let alone if theyd work at usb3 speed under linux

I purchased this product from oyen digital because it seemed to be the most conservative decision the least bad of the available options and my goal was something compact that was likely to work at actual usb3 speeds in linux
