Pros
We love their overall appearance; we think they a designer look; they look marvelous. There can be some discoloration. But often times it disappears.
These are not non-stick, and while pricey, the quality certainly justifies the price. I always coat the pans with avocado spray so that sticking is not a worry.
Oxo mira 8 and 10 stainless steel frying pan set. This is a huge upgrade for a home without a dishwasher. Each cover is glass with a stainless steel handle.

Purchased september 2019i purchased this set to replace my older professional set
Theres a subtle logo but nothing else to speak of in the minimalist design
I really wanted this set to replace a 40year old farberware set but i kept putting it off due to the price

Now for the dislike stainless steel pans have to be cared for in such a way to keep them looking great

Which means you have to follow specific cooking rules and heating instructions to avoid pitting caused by sodium chloride from salt

The two pans are identical in build other than the size so my comments apply to both the 10 and 8 pans
