Overall theyre infinitely more efficient both financially and time wise in comparison to making a coffee/buying an energy drink. Very easy to *. Last a while and no shaky after effects.

The product itself is in a resealable bag the effects of the caffeine are noticeable though maybe start with half a pill to start more similar to a normal filter coffee
