Tastes similar to many scivation bcaa flavors, and it also has Glutamine- so you don't need to double dose recovery supplements.

For the price, this has higher levels of bcaa’s than some competitors, but it also has l-gutamine in it, which none of the higher rated stuff (at least what it compares it to in my app) have in them.

But glad to see amazon now making their own products but for those who don't like overly sweet things, i emphasize, use a half scoop, not a full scoop for 8 oz of water.

I normally fill my blender cup with about 1 cup of water and put it in the freezer, so that the following morning the ice is stuck to the bottom.
