Pros
It is extremely robust and easily adjustable. The last ball rotation joint needs slightly more tightening.
Cons
Paid for full set, received only the claw. Missing the phone holder part. The clamp is a solid piece of plastic and so when you are tightening it the clamp cannot be too close to a solid structure.

Also if the arm is moved about during normal use the table clamp starts to shift because it cant be tightened too much

Small arm piece that phone bracket screws into broke within a week however seller replaced straight away and no issues since

The first rotation joint at the base feels a bit flimsy and the small screw does not really work to lock the rotation but its not as important as you want to keep it free anyway
